In the service level agreement, it is specified that typical setup of automation usually takes around 14 calendar days, with a maximum turn-around time of 1 calendar month. This depends on the scale that is needed. If Vantage for any reason cannot fulfill the request within 1 calendar month, the client will receive a refund of the funds paid for any services.

Yes! Vantage Automation acknowledges that your business needs are unique, and will typically offer building at least 1 workflow for a new client free of charge. This only includes hosting the automation for 14 days however, as a trial of our services. This is only available upon request.

This depends… If your business has a use case for an AI Agent, or for LLM processing, then Vantage can include this as a supercharger to your automation services, with your consent. Vantage does NOT build “calling agents” due to both legal restrictions and ethical concerns. Any services provided that use an AI Agent for processing must be in compliance with the terms and conditions of the AI platform provider, and must not include private client data usage unless it is first cleaned to not become a privacy concern.

We understand that, while infrequent, automation might not be a great fit for your tasks. If for any reason you must cancel your subscription with Vantage Automation, we will walk you through the process and inform you of the exact severance date of your services. Any missed payment will result in a soft cancellation after 15 calendar days, and full cancellation + deletion within 2 calendar months.
